Conservation Week events

It’s Conservation Week and there are a number of worthwhile seminars / lectures / public meetings and debates going on. Here are details of WWF’s events being held at Te Papa, and here is what Wellington Cathedral of St Paul has planned, including a talk at lunchtime today by Anthony Dancer of the Anglican Church who enjoyed some media coverage on the issue of climate change last week, and a debate at lunchtime on Thursday between a Green Party team led by Jeanette and members of the Victoria University Debating Society.

My knowledge of events is limited to Wellington, so if you know about events in other centres, please post them in the comments thread!

    Nice.
But WHERE on campus might that be held (given the options of Kelburn/Pipitea, it’s worthwhile knowing…).

The negating team will consist of Josh Cameron (Captain of the New Zealand Universities’ Impromptu Debating Team), Clodagh O’Conor-McKenna (former winner of the New Zealand Secondary Schools’ Debating Championships), and Christopher Bishop (winner of five New Zealand university debating tournaments).
